Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, build rapport and apply deep product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, create complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
  • Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate products into customers’ wardrobes using creative visual storytelling.
  • Execute transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including merchandising, inventory replenishment and stock organisation.
  • Adopt omni/virtual selling techniques and support social media-driven customer engagement when required.
  • Meet individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship development.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior retail experience; experience with lifestyle or fashion brands preferred.
  • Comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling as required by stockroom and floor duties.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail environment is required; proven track record in customer-facing sales or styling roles is preferred. Experience within a fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or retail/customer-service coursework is a plus.
