Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and build immediate rapport; use product knowledge to advise and inspire purchase decisions.
  • Provide personalised styling consultations and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product assortments.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and promotion of add-on items across categories.
  • Support omni-channel customer journeys, including virtual selling and social media engagement.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions and maintain operational standards: stockroom organisation, merchandising and visual presentation.
  • Ensure a seamless checkout and aftercare experience; reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits.
  • Maintain physical demands of the role: regularly lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage the sales floor.
