Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create coordinated looks that inspire customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and sales floor management
- Drive results through strong customer connections, compelling brand storytelling, and deep product attribute knowledge
- Reinforce customer choices and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- Proficiency with social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
