Kate Spade New York hiring a part-time Retail Stylist in Estero, FL (Miromar Outlets). Temporary role focused on styling, sales and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly, demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Actively listen and ask follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle.
- Provide personalised styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear or use products to inspire customers and drive add-on sales.
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience at POS.
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation, visual merchandising support, and accurate transactions.
- Contribute to team feedback and performance discussions in an honest, constructive manner.
- Work a flexible schedule to support peak retail periods, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Safely handle merchandise and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing sales or styling role.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfortable with omni-channel selling practices and social media engagement.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and holidays.

Experience
Prior experience working in retail sales or styling is required; experience driving results through personalised customer service and add-on selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
