Kate Spade Temporary Associate (part-time) — Estero, Florida. Client-focused retail stylist role delivering personalised styling and POS duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and build rapport; act as a trusted advisor to discover customers’ personal style and recommend merchandise to create complete looks.
- Provide styling guidance, suggest complementary items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear product to inspire additional purchases.
- Drive sales through storytelling and personalised clienteling; meet individual and store targets while maintaining high conversion and average transaction values.
- Execute efficient POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual and operational standards: stockroom organisation, replenishment, merchandising and loss-prevention practices.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques including virtual consultations and social media engagement to extend customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior retail experience; luxury or brand-driven retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency where applicable).

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment with demonstrated selling results; experience handling point-of-sale transactions, visual merchandising and basic stockroom management is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or retail-related coursework preferred.

This position is based in Estero, Florida, USA, within easy reach of Fort Myers.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
