Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confident product knowledge; diagnose needs through active listening and targeted questions.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, suggest complementary items and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products.
  • Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and conversion-focused recommendations while meeting individual and store targets.
  • Execute seamless transactions and maintain operational standards including POS accuracy, stockroom organization and merchandise replenishment.
  • Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including social engagement and remote styling when required.
  • Maintain a polished visual presentation of the sales floor and contribute to loss-prevention, inventory control and receiving tasks.
  • Perform regular physical duties: lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre across salesfloor and stockroom.
  • Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; foster repeat business by reinforcing customer choices.

Qualifications

  • Proven interpersonal and professional selling skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Prior retail experience in a boutique or branded environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a store team.
  • Comfortable learning and applying omni-channel selling techniques and social media tools.
  • English proficiency (or local market language proficiency as applicable).
  • Ability to perform routine physical tasks associated with retail operations.

Experience
