Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and confidence; establish rapport and demonstrate thorough product knowledge.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations to uncover customer preferences and assemble complete looks, recommending complementary items.
- Drive sales through compelling storytelling, personalized clienteling and follow-through to ensure a seamless purchase experience at the point of sale.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and use products to inspire repeat visitation and expand basket size.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions and inventory organization.
- Collaborate with the store team by giving and receiving constructive feedback and supporting daily merchandising standards.
- Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays; perform regular physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs (frequently) and up to 50 lbs (occasionally).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in styling, clienteling or luxury/non-luxury apparel preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team setting.
- Comfortable learning and using omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques; basic social media awareness.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market) and willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Experience
Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role is required; experience delivering styling advice or working in a fashion/apparel environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Eagan, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis–Saint Paul.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
