Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle preferences and aesthetic sensibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and inventory management
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and knowledge of product attributes
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner and collaborate effectively with team members
- Remain flexible to work nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Demonstrated commitment to customer focus and building effective relationships

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment is required. The candidate should demonstrate professional selling skills, interpersonal savvy, and the ability to connect authentically with diverse customers. Experience with omnichannel or social media selling is a plus.
