Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and confident product knowledge; build rapport through active listening and insightful questions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks, suggesting add-ons and demonstrating multiple ways to wear product.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product expertise and strong customer connections; convert interactions to purchases and invite repeat visits.
- Execute omni-channel and virtual selling techniques to service customers across in-store and digital touchpoints.
- Perform point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, replenish merchandising, and assist with inventory-related tasks.
- Give and receive constructive feedback; collaborate with peers to meet store targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays; perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience with a demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives.
- Comfortable using POS systems and learning omni/virtual selling platforms.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt brand-led digital selling practices.
- Flexible availability to support retail hours, peak periods and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; demonstrated track record in customer engagement, styling-led selling and meeting individual sales targets. Experience with POS systems and basic inventory tasks preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
