Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer engagement by greeting guests, listening to needs, and advising on style and product selection as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Provide personalised styling recommendations and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling, and promotion of add-on items to maximise average transaction value.
- Execute omnichannel selling techniques including virtual selling and social media customer outreach where applicable.
- Operate POS, manage transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence: stockroom organisation, floor replenishment, inventory accuracy and visual merchandising.
- Reinforce customer loyalty by celebrating purchase decisions and inviting repeat visits.
- Give and receive constructive feedback to support team performance and store standards.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment; experience with luxury or specialty brands preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and collaborate within a team.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- English proficiency (or local market language where applicable).
Skills
Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; candidates with experience in luxury, contemporary or specialty retail are preferred. Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
