Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic, lifestyle, and needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary add-ons to create complete looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products using creativity and brand storytelling
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, relationship-building, and storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including accurate point-of-sale transactions, stockroom organization, and inventory management

Qualifications
