Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to and assess customer needs through insightful questioning to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase creative product applications and encourage customers to explore new styles and brand expressions
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure smooth checkout transactions via POS systems
  • Reinforce customer choices and foster brand loyalty through genuine engagement and follow-up
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and sales floor presentation
  • Demonstrate proficiency in omnichannel and virtual selling techniques via social media platforms
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement within the team environment
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, and kneel as required for sales floor and stockroom operations

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
