Kate Spade Temporary Stylist position at Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon, CA. $15.00–$24.25/hr, part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that suit customer aesthetics and lifestyles
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative presentation and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences using point-of-sale systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through compelling storytelling and strong customer relationship-building
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes across all categories
- Ensure operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transaction accuracy
- Provide and receive feedback in a constructive and honest manner to continuously improve performance
- Demonstrate awareness of social media and omni-channel selling techniques
- Maintain flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
