Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and curate complete looks that align with customer vision
  • Showcase creative styling applications and encourage customers to explore new ways of wearing and combining products
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences that reinforce their choices
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions
  • Demonstrate mastery of product attributes, materials, and design narrative across all collections
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in a candid, professional manner
  • Support omni-channel initiatives and develop proficiency with virtual and social media selling techniques

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a retail sales environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency for the market)
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
