Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, build rapport and deliver personalised styling advice to create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product ranges.
- Listen to customer needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions while reinforcing and celebrating customer choices.
- Drive sales through storytelling and product knowledge across categories; recommend add-ons and alternate styling options to increase basket size.
- Operate POS to complete transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation, merchandising and replenishment.
- Support omni-channel and virtual selling activities and promote relevant social and in-store initiatives.
- Perform physical tasks as required (lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, occasional heavier lifting, climbing, bending and stockroom manoeuvres).
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).
