Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and establish rapport through confident, product-led engagement.
- Deliver personalised styling and wardrobe advice; create complete looks and suggest complementary items.
- Drive sales through storytelling, clienteling and conversion-focused selling techniques.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage transactions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain visual standards and stockroom organisation; assist with merchandising and inventory tasks.
- Support omnichannel selling, including virtual consultations and social-media driven interactions.
- Work flexible hours to cover nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; demonstrable success in customer-facing sales roles and styling or personal-shopping experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or study in fashion, merchandising or related fields preferred.
