Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with confident, warm service; build rapport and uncover style needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks, suggest add‑on items and present multiple ways to wear product to drive conversion and average transaction value.
  • Execute sales transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience using point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory organisation, receiving and replenishment.
  • Represent the brand story and product attributes across all categories; use storytelling to create emotional connections and repeat business.
  • Support omnichannel and virtual selling initiatives, including social media engagement and digital clientelling when required.
  • Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, loss‑prevention practices and store safety procedures; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling aptitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience in a store environment; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and collaborating within a team; accepts constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and perform routine physical duties on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
