Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and build rapport through confident, informed customer interactions.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggestive selling and by identifying add‑on opportunities.
- Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to educate and inspire customers.
- Support omnichannel selling and virtual consultations; leverage social media awareness to engage clients.
- Execute accurate point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions and maintain operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Maintain stockroom organization and assist with receiving, replenishment and merchandising tasks.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic retail days and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; experience in styling, visual merchandising or clienteling is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrable selling results; experience advising clients on styling or product selection preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
