Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer aesthetic and lifestyle needs
  • Provide bespoke styling advice and suggest product combinations to create complete looks and encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences using POS systems
  • Maintain stockroom organization and operational excellence throughout the retail environment
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and demonstration of deep brand knowledge
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner and contribute to team collaboration
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques and leverage social media awareness

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
