Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, styling-led client service: greet guests, uncover needs through active listening and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product across categories.
- Drive sales through storytelling and strong product knowledge; proactively suggest add-ons and alternative ways to wear products to increase basket size.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and manage checkout to ensure a seamless purchase experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, visual presentation and inventory replenishment.
- Support omnichannel engagement and virtual selling initiatives; use social media awareness to extend the customer relationship.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback; contribute to a collaborative, target-driven team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Fluent English (local language proficiency where applicable).
