Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that inspire customers
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new approaches
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting repeat visits
