Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all brand categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating products, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Work flexible schedules to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
