Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful follow-up questions and provide personalized styling advice
- Suggest complementary add-ons and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and sales floor presentation
- Drive results through strong customer connections, brand storytelling, and product attribute communication
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support team performance
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
