Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade New York categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear items
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections, brand storytelling, and product expertise
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner to support continuous improvement

  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods

  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; comfort with climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering both sales floor and stockroom
