Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and authority, demonstrating deep product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade products into the customer’s wardrobe.
- Drive sales through storytelling, suggest add-ons, and guide customers through purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions and inventory organisation.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques and use social media awareness to support virtual clienteling and outreach.
- Support merchandising efforts by styling displays and showcasing multiple ways to wear product to inspire repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience required; experience in fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- English proficiency required for this market.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required, with demonstrated success in customer-facing sales or styling roles; experience in fashion or accessories retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
