Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade New York categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to incorporate products into customers' existing wardrobes and encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate their selections to encourage repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep brand knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions

Qualifications
