Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and engage them in meaningful conversation to understand their styling preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and styling advice, suggesting complementary items and complete outfit solutions
  • Demonstrate creative ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes and personal style
  • Guide customers through the purchase journey and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Maintain strong operational standards, including stockroom organization, POS transaction accuracy, and sales floor presentation
  • Build customer loyalty by celebrating purchasing decisions and encouraging repeat visits
  • Showcase awareness of social media trends and willingly learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in luxury or lifestyle brands
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and collaborate effectively in a team setting

  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with the capacity to climb, bend, and kneel in the stockroom and on the sales floor
