Kate Spade seeks a part-time Retail Stylist in Atlanta, GA (Lenox Square Mall). Temporary Associate role offering hourly pay $15.00–$24.25.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, confident guest service and build rapport to uncover customer needs and style preferences.
- Provide personalised styling advice, curate complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across categories and use storytelling to convey brand heritage and product benefits.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and ensure an efficient checkout experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stockroom organisation to support availability and presentation.
- Engage customers via omnichannel touchpoints, including virtual selling and brand social media when applicable.
- Contribute to sales targets through proactive client engagement, follow-up and invitation to return.
- Accept and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and team performance.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays to meet retail traffic demands.
Qualifications
- Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and a willingness to adopt omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, climbing).
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market).

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates with background in fashion or lifestyle retail and a track record of meeting sales targets will be preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
