Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Listen actively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that encourage add-on sales
