Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store revenue targets
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories and communicate the brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to customers
  • Deliver exemplary customer service by creating the ultimate Kate Spade experience through professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal engagement
  • Build and maintain a personal clientele through effective use of selling techniques, proactive client outreach, and systematic client book management
