Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating authoritative product knowledge and brand DNA.
- Conduct consultative styling conversations, actively listening and asking targeted questions to identify customer needs.
- Curate complete looks and suggest complementary items to elevate purchases and increase average transaction value.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products into a customer’s wardrobe using creative storytelling.
- Drive sales through relationship-building, product storytelling and follow-up invitations to return.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation.
- Adopt omni-channel selling techniques (including virtual selling and social media touchpoints) to convert demand.
- Give and receive constructive feedback and contribute to a collaborative store environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
