Kate Spade Sales Associate position in Antioch, Tennessee. Part-time role offering $15.00–$19.50 per hour with retail styling and customer service responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to identify appropriate styling solutions
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience via POS systems
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling product storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and merchandise presentation
- Multitask efficiently, prioritize customer needs, and collaborate with team members in a collaborative retail environment
- Engage with social media awareness and demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Regularly give and receive constructive, honest feedback for continuous improvement
- Lift and maneuver merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, and kneel as needed throughout sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with strong professional selling skills
- Prior hands-on experience in a retail sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- English language proficiency or fluency in the local market language
- Physical capability to lift regularly (25 lbs minimum), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated professional selling skills and customer engagement capabilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Antioch, Tennessee, United States of America, with easy access to Nashville.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
