Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver styling-led, consultative customer service to discover and express each guest’s personal style and assemble complete looks.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations, including suggestive selling and add-ons.
- Execute omnichannel and virtual selling activities; leverage social media awareness to engage customers and support conversion.
- Operate the point-of-sale; manage transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience for customers.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory handling, replenishment and organization.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback with colleagues; contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Perform physical tasks regularly: lift up to 25 lbs (frequently) and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend and maneuver throughout the store and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment with direct customer-facing responsibilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media and a willingness to learn omnichannel / virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local market language as required).
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to meet the role’s physical requirements (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
