Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, confident guest service; act as a trusted advisor to understand customer needs and recommend complete looks.
  • Provide personalised styling guidance and product storytelling across handbags, apparel, jewelry, footwear and accessories.
  • Drive sales through relationship-building, add-on selling and effective conversion at the point-of-sale.
  • Operate POS systems, execute transactions accurately and maintain operational standards on the salesfloor and in the stockroom.
  • Support omnichannel selling and virtual client interactions; promote brand presence on social media when appropriate.
  • Maintain merchandise presentation, stockroom organisation and assist with visual merchandising and replenishment.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and holidays; perform light to moderate physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
  • Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and learning omnichannel / virtual selling techniques.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform routine physical tasks.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
