Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and product expertise, build rapport and uncover styling needs through attentive listening and targeted questions.
- Provide personalised styling advice, curate complete looks, suggest add-ons and demonstrate multiple ways to wear products to inspire purchase.
- Drive sales through storytelling, strong customer connections and effective conversion of styling consultations into transactions.
- Execute omnichannel and virtual/remote selling activities; maintain social media awareness to support brand engagement.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including accurate POS transactions and organized inventory.
- Support a seamless checkout experience and invite customers to return, reinforcing brand loyalty.
- Perform regular physical tasks — lift and move merchandise (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and kneel as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated professional selling skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities; skilled at listening and asking insightful follow-up questions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, public holidays and seasonal peak periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort with social media and a willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Proficiency in English.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; candidates should demonstrate professional selling abilities and a track record of customer engagement. Experience with POS transactions and omnichannel or virtual selling is preferred or the ability to learn quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising or retail is a plus.
