Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, high-touch customer service that reinforces the Kate Spade brand and converts visits into sales.
  • Engage clients proactively through product storytelling and clienteling to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store point-of-sale system; handle exchanges, returns and gift receipts according to policy.
  • Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising, floor readiness, pricing, signage and housekeeping.
  • Support inventory tasks such as stock replenishment, receiving, in-store transfers and periodic cycle counts.
  • Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets during the temporary assignment; contribute to team objectives.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures and company policies, and assist with promotional or event execution as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on service and selling.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and public holidays during peak retail periods.
  • Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a fast-paced, visual merchandising-driven environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
