Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently whilst demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience whilst reinforcing brand values
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omnichannel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness to enhance customer engagement
