Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently whilst demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience whilst reinforcing brand values
