Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs through insightful questioning to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete outfit concepts
- Showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new and complementary styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and foster loyalty by inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and brand storytelling
