Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers warmly, demonstrating confident product knowledge and brand storytelling.
  • Provide personalised styling advice, compose complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
  • Execute sales transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience using store POS systems.
  • Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, merchandising and inventory replenishment.
  • Adopt omni-channel selling behaviours (including virtual selling) and promote the brand across social media when appropriate.
  • Support team targets through proactive customer outreach, follow-up and relationship building to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably within fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced team setting.
