Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with confidence, demonstrating up-to-date product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Listen actively and ask insightful questions to assess customer needs and personalise styling recommendations.
- Create complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a seamless transaction experience using POS systems and support omni-channel/virtual selling when required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and operational excellence including stockroom organisation and inventory replenishment.
- Drive sales targets through relationship building, follow-up, and by reinforcing repeat visits.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by giving and receiving constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills and strong interpersonal/communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably within fashion, accessories or lifestyle retail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Fluency in English (or local language proficiency where applicable) and availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; familiarity with fashion or accessories retail is preferred. Demonstrable track record of customer-facing sales and meeting performance targets will be advantageous.
