Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand personal style preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks tailored to customer aesthetics
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products using creativity and product knowledge to encourage style exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Reinforce customer choices and build lasting relationships by inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate peak retail periods, holidays, and high-traffic business days
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment

- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom
