Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, recommend complementary products, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and aesthetic possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting repeat visits and establishing meaningful connections
- Drive sales results through authentic customer relationships and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback constructively, demonstrating openness to coaching and continuous improvement
- Support social media initiatives and learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Proficiency in English or local language per market requirement
- Social media awareness and willingness to develop omnichannel and virtual selling competencies
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays)
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury or lifestyle retail, customer styling, or fashion-forward selling environments is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
