Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer styling needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks tailored to customer lifestyle
  • Utilize creativity to showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new products and trends
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure seamless checkout experiences
  • Reinforce positive customer choices and foster return visits through authentic brand celebration
  • Drive sales through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep understanding of brand heritage and product attributes
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a professional retail or customer-facing sales environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with exceptional cultural awareness

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
