Kate Spade New York hiring Stylist (Temporary Part-Time) in Orlando, FL. Assist customers with styling and selections. $15.00–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Work collaboratively with team members and give and receive constructive feedback
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- English proficiency

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in customer-facing sales roles and familiarity with luxury lifestyle brands.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
