Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual customer needs and lifestyle preferences
  • Provide creative styling advice, suggest coordinating add-ons, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering brand loyalty and repeat visits
  • Drive sales results through strong customer relationships and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and accurate POS transactions
  • Demonstrate flexibility in accepting constructive feedback and commitment to continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
  • Social media awareness and willingness to develop omnichannel and virtual selling capabilities
  • Proficiency in English (or local language per market)
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
