Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized customer service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of the brand’s product ranges.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including window displays, floor sets and signage.
  • Manage inbound stock, replenishment, inventory counts and accurate merchandise tagging in collaboration with the store team.
  • Support loss prevention and store safety protocols, including adherence to company policies and incident reporting.
  • Participate in store events, promotions and brand activations to enhance the customer experience and drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on daily store operations and provide product expertise to colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or customer-facing experience; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Reliable, professional presentation and the ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
