Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalized customer service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of the brand’s product ranges.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card payments.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards, including window displays, floor sets and signage.
- Manage inbound stock, replenishment, inventory counts and accurate merchandise tagging in collaboration with the store team.
- Support loss prevention and store safety protocols, including adherence to company policies and incident reporting.
- Participate in store events, promotions and brand activations to enhance the customer experience and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with colleagues on daily store operations and provide product expertise to colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer-facing experience; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Reliable, professional presentation and the ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
