Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand their styling needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade pieces into customers' existing wardrobes
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and express their personal aesthetic
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences using point-of-sale systems
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections across all categories
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to continuously improve performance

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience working in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
