Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes
- Reinforce customer choices and foster loyalty by inviting repeat visits and engagement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
