Kate Spade Stylist position in Halton Hills, ON. Temporary part-time retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hour plus comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Develop and demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes across all categories
- Give and receive feedback in an honest and constructive manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Strong English proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; background in luxury retail, fashion, or accessories is preferred.
Education
No formal education requirement specified; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is typically expected.
